Are you completely satisfied about your last work?
Well I suppose I'm pretty darn satisfied - it's never easy to make a record come out the way you really want it to be, especially for no money, but I think this one came out good. There's some of my favorite tracks ever on there and some things I wish I had time and money to make better. Maybe next time...
Wich are the most important ispiration for doing this new album?
I actually recorded a lot of songs for this album that didn't make the cut. The whole flow of the record really came together at the end - next time I want to have it all figured out ahead of time, as much as possible anyway.
Is There some others artists that you think important to reccomend us?
Devotchka from Denver, CO are on their way to being huge - check them out!
Are there some others projects for the your future?
Yes indeed lots of good stuff - new Iron and Wine, Calexico - I will be touring and recording with Luca for a long time too!
Is there something in your album that you don't like enough?
The vocals could have been better - we could have worked on the songs a little more and organized the album better from the beginning - live and learn!
